The bill (Reg. No. 2420a) aims to regulate fundamentals of legal regime of military equipment; establish basic principles and means of state regulation of activity in the sphere of manufacture military equipment; establish directions for practical implementation of the system of elaboration and manufacture of armament, military and special equipment, as well as the order of attracting non-state investments into the abovementioned sphere.
